Fog System

Fog System

In modern greenhouse cultivation, temperature and humidity levels must be precisely controlled to ensure healthy and balanced plant development. MST Holland designs and installs project-specific high-pressure fogging systems to create ideal greenhouse climate conditions.

For each project, regional temperature, relative humidity, and absolute humidity values are thoroughly analyzed. Based on this data, the required number of nozzles, their positioning, and system capacity are determined. This ensures homogeneous humidity distribution throughout the greenhouse and provides more stable climate control.

In high-pressure fogging systems, the main and secondary pipelines are manufactured from stainless steel materials. Thanks to the high-pressure pumps used within the system, water is dispersed into the environment in the form of ultra-fine particles, enabling rapid evaporation. This process provides both effective cooling and balanced humidification.

The fog system reduces plant stress factors and creates a healthier growing environment. At the same time, it optimizes water usage during production processes and increases overall efficiency.

Main Advantages of the System

  • Provides balanced humidity control inside the greenhouse
  • Reduces ambient temperature with an effective cooling effect
  • Supports plant development and germination processes
  • Optimizes water consumption
  • Reduces plant stress
  • Ensures faster and healthier growth

Frequently Asked Questions
A fog system is used to increase humidity levels and reduce temperature inside the greenhouse. Water is released into the environment in the form of ultra-fine particles, creating rapid evaporation that helps stabilize the greenhouse climate.
Fog systems are especially preferred in regions where high temperatures and low humidity negatively affect plant development. They are widely used in modern greenhouse projects that require precise climate control.
High-pressure systems produce finer water particles and provide more effective cooling performance. Low-pressure systems, on the other hand, are generally preferred for simpler applications and basic humidification needs.
